The new building freeze has made life even more difficult for the former residents of Netzarim, a community in the Gush Katif bloc. As Grants Israel reports, the community, which has rebuilt itself in a neighborhood in Ariel, was hoping to build permanent homes there. But the freeze has thrown a spanner into their plans.
