Gush Katif Evacuees File Class Action Suit

A group of 20 former residents of Gush Katif have filed a class-action suit against Tnufa (the recently renamed disengagement administration once known as SELA). They are claiming that the administration has mishandled its responsibilities regarding compensation payments to the former residents.
